I bought a used transmission for 400.00 dollars cash and I did not get the torque converter due to it being almost closing time. I drive 30 miles to get back to the job and realized I needed the torque converter with the transmission. Usually I would imagine that you don't use the same torque converter with a different transmission because of material being possibly contaminated with in it. So I called and every thing was a go as long as I brought back the cores from the bad trans and it's torque converter. I drive another 30 miles and gad to get here and be told nope , the transmissions don't come with the transmissions. They are sold separately. For another 68.00 dollars. Got lied to and wasted time on false information.
