Extremely well laid out facility. A little large for not being familiar with its layout for first time visit. Open layout, plenty of room for the amount of patrons. My only thing I found out of place, is how they somehow believed a facility is comparable to a campus, regarding their no smoking signage. (noun: the grounds and buildings of a university or college)

Camr here at roughly 3:45pm as I didnt realize rainer transfer station was closed today. I do like how they weigh versus measure, and the gate entry person was very nice and helpful. Very clear instructions. My problem was when I came to the dump site , I was told people would be guiding me in (just like rainer where they back you up) but there was only 1 guy, an older gentle maj with hard hat grey hair goatee. First I just waited and didnt know what to do. He didnt want to seem to come to me so I drove to him. He seemed very put out and bothered I dont know if guy was in a bad mood or what. He helped me with the tires, and I accidentally came to a lane that had "cones" (even though they werent marking off the lane, they bordered it). He came back and said "I told you an open lane". I just asked what the problem is and all the sudden he changed his attitude. I work in a shop its hard and hot too but you dont see me all agitated with people like that. Terrible first experience. Ill gladly go to rainer next time. It seemed like they didnt want to be bithered having to get up and walk around!
