Customer Review Summary for Pick-n-Pull

Recent feedback for Pick-n-Pull Tumwater skews negative, highlighting three recurring issues: a mandatory entry fee ($2-$6 per person) that’s nonrefundable even when parts aren’t found; unreliable inventory information after calling ahead, leading to long drives only to discover parts missing or damaged; and pricing perceived as high for used items, sometimes comparable to or above new parts, with limited flexibility on assemblies or returns across branches. Countering this, several customers note friendly, helpful counter staff and occasional smooth returns or exchanges, plus a yard that’s organized with lists and easy vehicle access. Compared with nearby full-service yards, this location stands out as more strictly self-serve with tighter policies on fees and pricing, making it attractive to a few who find what they need, but frustrating for many who expect confirmation, bundled assemblies, or bigger savings.

This is the worst company to buy used parts from they wanted over $100 for a used Chinese radiator. When I show them the exact same manufacturer of radiator was $65 brand new online they told me they would not negotiate price. Honestly they just cost themselves money and lost the sale. Not to mention all the other parts that were removed from the car that I will not be returning for

Terrible location now. Used to be kindof ok, but employees have gotten a lot more rude. $3 cover charge now. Parts are barely a few percent off from Gundies, B&R and other local yards that pull the part for you. Save yourself the labor and just give a quality yard your business. Pick N Pull type yards used to be a great way to save money for a little of your time. Not this one. They don't deal in assemblies. First thing on their parts list is bumper complete, then below, "bumper cover (plastic)". We'll once you get up front you get told after all your work that the complete bumper is referring to something else and it'll be 40 bucks for a simple reinforcement bar I could've had for the same price already pulled for me somewhere else. Then the prop rod that is part of a support assembly will be another fee. Used to be able to make a deal for a whole front clip. They don't pay over scrap value for any vehicle, and every dime is already in their profit margin. I buy at auction frequently and am well aware of what they pay when I pass on them. 3 years ago this yard was a 3. Now avoid at all costs.

I worry about the health of the people working there first and foremost before I go further with this review. The lady at the front counter might need medical attention. I'm not as sure, but I'm worried for people here. Like, you'll see what I mean. If you actually dare to go to this place and we'll leave it at that. So I will say that we called ahead of time, and they said, they have one. It was like a done deal. And they said, we have to go find it. Ourselves, but it'll be really easy. And they can't go look for Us. I don't know why. Because the car that they claimed had this tire was so close. You could throw a baseball from the spot that she was supposedly doing her job and easily. The baseball would hit The car won't hit the tire though. Because the tire's not there. And maybe her legs don't work.I don't know her mouth does, and i'm not happy about this place because they charged me three dollars to walk outside.Which they could have done just to find out that the thing they claimed was, there is not there. This place is complete trash and garbage.Just pay the extra twenty five dollars and go somewhere else
