⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Payless Salvage Auto Parts is hands down one of the best places I’ve ever dealt with. Eddie is such a wholesome, genuine guy, and his customer service is top-notch. Him and his brothers really go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you need. They treat you with respect, are super knowledgeable, and make the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find people in this business who actually care about helping customers the way they do. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know.

I had an engine installed at this shop in April 2024. Over time, my car started leaking oil, and after spending more money on repairs, my current mechanic confirmed the top oil pan was never sealed properly during the original installation. This is something that should've been caught with a proper inspection. When I contacted the shop, they refused to take responsibility because it had been "over a year" - ignoring that Arizona law recognizes the discovery rule for hidden issues like this. I've now spent more repairing the damage from their poor work than I did on the engine itself ($2,300). I'm disappointed in their lack of accountability and strongly caution others before trusting them with engine work. Wouldn't recommend going here if it was a last resort very unprofessional and are just in it for the money not to do things correctly. I will post this review however many times I have to horrible owner bought a engine for $2300 for them to screw a built in to tight causing a leak in the upper oil pan and now I have invested more money into a engine then I even paid.
