The initial experience was more than perfect! Speaking to Tony setting up the pre-sale of a transmission, letting him know that I was coming in from out of town to pick it up, working out the final details such as what the core fee would be and even got the OK, if I was bringing a different core (not the same as I’m picking up). I get here and Tony was off for the day, I was welcomed by his “brother” who started complaining about the core and now wanting to charge a different amount for the core and then even arguing with Tony as to why he had told me a certain price. Needless to say I can go on and on about the level of disrespect this individual displayed on behalf of Tony and AAA Auto Parts.. but do yourself a favor and deal with Tony and if he’s not there wait or return when he is! For that person to even get in an argument with his “brother” (Tony) and lose a sale is laughable at best! If Tony is able to read this and wants to make it right please reply. Thank you.

I’ve been here twice and both times have been great experiences. Owners are good honest guys and I’ve always left with quality parts. Prices are fair market value on most stuff but I’ll pay a little more to keep places like this around.
