I would give it zero stars to be honest. Unfriendly staff, I asked for a breakdown of the charges they didn’t give it to me. After I payed my car was given to me dirty outside and the inside. Like show professionalism! I know it’s a business but like at least be friendly. Also the car wasn’t dirty so it’s unfair that now on top of the fees I payed I have to pay for car cleaning. I’m a college kid and have many things to pay!!! So please be PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not sure what people expect from a Towing company, but All City Towing was very helpful, professional and informative. My daughter was in an accident and her car needed to be towed. All City was called and they showed up very quickly. Driver #1090 (Cole?) was very professional and gave us ample time to collect our stuff from the car, informed us about what to expect. He was very fast, but not rushing us with our car. He knew about our car and how it should be towed (on the flatbed). Next day, Brandy in the office was also very helpful and informative. Most people bother to give reviews when something goes wrong, but All City Towing was very helpful and provided a great service for us. It is never a fun thing to need a towing company, but I would highly recommend them.
