I am beyond grateful for the team at Economy Towing! My daughter, her two littles, and I were on our way to Phoenix when an error popped up on her vehicle. We had to pull over in somewhere land in the dark and could not see lights for miles. We were 300-+ miles from home and scared! We did not know where to begin and I attempted calling triple A. The triple A operator had a thick accent and became agitated that I could not understand him. I hung up. I called Economy Towing…The operator there was so kind and understanding while helping me as I had no idea what I was doing or asking. She asked for my location and pin and said she would get someone out to us as soon as she could. She gave me a timeframe and it was almost exact before the tow truck arrived. The driver talked to my daughter and explained some reasons for the error and asked us to hop In the tow truck with the kids while he loaded our vehicle. The driver did this super quick and we were on our way. The kids were concerned and nervous but the driver talked to us, about the vehicle and their process. He drove us to the hotel and unloaded the truck until we figured out next steps. The driver shared that they could tow however far we needed them to. He quoted a price and stated the call center could help. Next day after dealing with the dealership and no resolution, economy towing picked up the vehicle and towed it where we needed it to go. They did not bat an eye to the distance and the price was reasonable! The insurance company referred us to another company and they quoted us double the price. During the transport the driver and call center kept in contact with my daughter. With all that was going on, this company and their team made us feel at ease with their part. I would and will recommend this company just because of their care, compassion, and excellent customer service. THANK YOU to everyone who helped a mom, her two kids, and their grandmother on a cold winter night!

Stay away from them! I had a blowout in July and the guy they sent had no idea what he was doing!! He was videochatting with someone to ensure he was doing his job right and was giving instructions on how to do it! I was only 8 miles away from the city and they decided it was best to turn back around for another 15 miles and pick someone else up! That took another 40 minutes and another hour trying to pick up both vehicles only to realize he couldn't. They decided to leave me stranded, 15 miles back despite me being the first customer!! It took another hour or so for another truck to come and had the audacity to say I had to pay for the added miles when none of this mess was my fault! (I didn't pay after clearing it up.) I'm lucky Geico service truck stopped and offered water as a I ran out due to being outside for 6 hours!! I wish I was kidding. The lady that helped and picked me up last was nice and she knew how to do her job. This was the worst experience ever and please just avoid it.

After running out of battery on my EV just outside of Flagstaff I called Economy Towing to see if they had a flatbed truck. The dispatcher was super friendly and helpful with all my questions. I waited about 30 minutes for my tow- which seemed really quick. I was super impressed with Nicki. She came out and was friendly and understanding. She loaded my car quickly and she suggested a closer charging station to use. Unfortunately my car wasn’t compatible with that charging station, but she was super patient and willing to help. Their rate was very affordable. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Economy Towing.
