Scrap Metals Recycling Review (Focus on Customer Service) ​I highly recommend Scrap Metals Recycling, and my positive experience is largely due to their employee, Alexa. ​Even though the staff is often clearly understaffed and they handle a significant amount of work, Alexa manages everything with incredible diligence and efficiency. She greets everyone with a beautiful, welcoming smile which genuinely makes the whole process of coming in a happy one. ​It’s clear that the team here consists of honest people, and Alexa is one of the reasons that makes what could be a chore feel seamless and pleasant. Overall, she is the reason I am happy to keep bringing my business here!

I love the customer service.The boss is extremely nice and he will even give you a job. Super fast and they were straight up. A little disorganized, but they close an hour later than everybody else. That's five in the afternoon, and they are even open on Saturdays.

Nice people, straight forward and family owned feel. Prices are low, but still worth it. Other than that it is a junk yard. Be careful when you drive around to not hit your car, not everything is put away in an orderly manner. Might see a real life Wall-ee
