I recently had to call Priority Towing after my fuel pump went out and my vehicle wouldn’t start. Within about 30–45 minutes of my call, Mike (#58) showed up and immediately turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a surprisingly positive one. Mike was respectful, easy to talk to, and had a great sense of humor. He even showed off some of his impressive tow truck skills, which was actually pretty cool to watch! Most importantly, he handled and loaded my vehicle with care and professionalism. I’ve had some less than great experiences with tow truck drivers in the past, but Mike went above and beyond. After unloading my car, we ended up chatting for a good 10–15 minutes, he’s just that easygoing and genuine! 10/10 recommend you use Priority Towing!

TERRIBLE!! Stolen car got picked up by Priority. Before they arrived I asked them to tow to my house, they said no and they took it to their yard. Showed up later that day and knocked on the door at 4:58. Jamie walked out and said we are closed…. Holy smokes, don’t spend 1 second past your unposted closing time to help out a customer. She was very unpleasant and had zero customer service awareness. She closed early and wouldn’t take 5 minutes to get me the car after I drove an hour to get there from work. And there is a huge sign on the door that says they close at 6pm. I guess she knew she was gonna get additional money from the customer. Went back the next day, and she was even more unpleasant, then charged me for an overnight storage after closing early the day before. $194 to tow the car 6 miles, plus an $35 overnight charge… outrageous. Stay away from Priority… lots of tow companies out there that care about their customers and have solid customer service as Priority is not one of them. They say Customer Service is #1 priority… obviously that’s is not true.

Since the company doesn't have their lot at "945" N arizona ave listed on google im having to leave my review here. First off the lot is incredibly difficult to find. They do not have any listing for the place on maps at all. Staff is incredibly rude, constantly interrupting me and my fiancée when trying to get our car back after it was towed here per DPS. The tow truck driver himself was kind and understanding to our situation and frustrations and for that he should be commended On top of that when asking for the ID of the owner of the car, my Fiancée's now deceased grandfather, they told her "tough shit" when she explained he passed away two years ago. Incredibly unprofessional and rude. Will never use this company again.
