Absolutely amazing service during one of the most stressful nights of our lives. We are beyond grateful for the team at Summit Towing. Especially Robert, Tim, and Carol. Robert and Tim were the drivers who helped my husband after his accident, and they were truly incredible. Calm, kind, professional, and reassuring. Exactly what you hope for when everything feels chaotic. Carol in the office is sweet as pie. She was incredibly patient and helpful as we navigated dealing with not one, but two insurance companies. She made a confusing and frustrating process feel manageable. Then today, Robert came back out to help us get belongings from our totaled truck, and he gave us all the time we needed without ever making us feel rushed. I made an appt to have my 1999 Toyota Tacoma towed to my favorite repair shop, Tumwater Automotive. They recommended I call Summit Towing for the service. I did. Patrick Zimmerman called me about 25 minutes before arrival to let me know he was inbound, and he showed up right on time. Actually, he was a bit early, which I appreciated as I had an appt. at the shop. I was surprised at how quickly and securely Patrick rigged the truck up for towing, I thought it would take longer. I needn't have worried, my truck wasn't going anywhere but where it was towed. Even so, Patrick double checked all the connections, demonstrating that he is highly competent, experienced and professional. We arrived at the shop with time to spare for the repair appointment. Should I ever have to have a tow again, I'll be sure to call Summit Towing.
