If I could leave less than one star I would. This company damaged my vehicle when taking my car off their tow truck. As it happened I told the guy to stop but he said it has to come off anyways. His supervisor came out and took over the job with no further damage. I took A&A to court and am owed a judgment (still not paid) for $1736 to cover the damages to my front bumper and fenders. This is your warning to stay far away from this company. Very poor communication. Absolutely the most rude customer service I’ve experienced in my 62 years alive. DO NOT USE THEM!

BEST money I ever spent !!! Was stuck off Ogilby rd in winterhaven, ca coming from Yuma. Went into the sand terrain to take a sunset pic and then couldn’t get out! Pretty heavy truck (ram 2500 bighorn 24’) but he was able to get it out and was so nice to us! Big shoutout and thank you for helping us get back home!
