Before I start my complaint, I just want to say that the name Pinky Tow is a great name and the trucks stand out well amongst others. With That said, I understand that the driver of this yellow truck was busy. I totally understand that. But I went up to him to ask what the tow hookup fees were because I needed a tow. The driver responded and told me to (back off) following the N word. I do not believe that the company or owner is racist but this driver definitely is. I can say I will not be using this company for tows after this situation. I hope all is well and this is all I have to say. If the owner reads this, thank you for taking your time.

As a technician the scariest thing is having your toolboxes transported, with Pinky Tow you will have no worries whatsoever, shout out to Jared for taking the time and care to make sure the job was done properly. 10/10 would recommend to anybody who is in need of a tow! Outstanding service!

They just towed my van and did a great job. The price was good too. The driver and office guy both was very professional. I hope I don’t have to but if I need to I will have them tow me every time.
