My husband, my 3 month old and I were stranded in the middle of the highway halfway between Vegas and Tucson due to two flat and ripped tires. Our BMW roadside assistance service could not even find us a tow because we were so remote and it was a Saturday evening and most car dealerships were not open until Monday. We called Redline and they offered to take us and our vehicle all the way home to Tucson. They brought their large truck and flat bed and were able to safely and comfortably fit our babies rear facing car seat. They even offered to stop so we can get food. Reasonably priced as they also gave us and the baby a ride.

Last night I had my vehicle towed and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The driver arrived quickly, was professional, courteous, and handled my vehicle with great care. Communication throughout the process was clear and reassuring, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
