These guys were so bad I had to call 911. Read on... It looked like there was dried blood on the floor, and the chairs had so many stains that it was laughable. This place was so gross. It could've been the scene from some horror movie! The police department needs to reconsider sending business here. They are not doing the taxpayer any favors! They are effectively sending people who have just been in horrible traumatizing car accidents to a horrible place to deal with nasty people. This is one of the most disgusting and vile places I have ever been to in my life. I literally went home and changed my clothes and took a shower because their waiting room felt so disgusting it made my skin crawl. The people were extremely rude to me and extremely bureaucratic and obnoxious. They would not let me see my car, which had been towed their after I had a bad accident (I rode to the hospital in an ambulance and the police arranged towing), even though I brought the registration and my drivers license, these jokers cited expired tabs as a reason. I called my insurance agent and he said they probably just wanted an excuse to keep my car on their lot so they could keep racking up daily fees at like $200/day. In the end, I ended up calling the police to come. They should not have kept from a car that I still legally own and has no loan! It's my property! I was just trying to get the belongings out of my car.

My vehicle was the hardest thing to find i swear I acquired over five hundred dollars in fees and the peoria police officer didn't even have to towe it he could of had someone pick it up I had someone in the phone when I was being arrested ready to come pick up my car because I expressed how much I couldn't afford to get it out of impound the police were absolutely unreasonable not only that but I sent email after email contacting this tower yard and received NOT ONE RESPONSE the amount of fees I acquired attempting to hear back from them is absurdly ridiculous this towe yard has direct kick back to MCSO they are making money exploiting poor people its wrong and something needs to be done about it. I promise with my background I will see to it this happens because this can not continue!

Very nice people to work with. I recommend their services. They respinded quickly to the scene of my accident where the driver that turned left in front of me was found 100% at fault thus totallung my SUV. I'm very sad to lose it.... Western Towing helped me when i went to get my personal items from my SUV with supplying a wheelbarrel and had empathy for my circumstances. Also has Saturday hours 8-12 noon.
