If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I got their contact through alex or ali I met at a body shop and expected professional service. When I needed a tow after my accident, they sent a driver who was not properly equipped. He didn’t have wheel dollies and no experience at all and really old dude and ended up dragging my car, causing additional scraping damage. When we arrived near my home, he said the street was too small for his truck and dropped my car in the middle of the road. He was already rushing to another job and pressured me to get out so he could leave quickly. He left my vehicle unattended in the middle of a public street with no assistance. Police eventually came and towed my car because it was blocking traffic. This was stressful, careless, and completely unprofessional.
