Had some alternator issues and came here early on a Saturday morning. I know most people think this is just a part store, but these guys went over the top today with Customerservice. Robert helped me pick out the correct alternator, and they were able to charge my batteries while I was switching out the alternator. They found one of the batteries was bad so they covered it under warranty. Thank you for turning a no good, very bad day into a great rest of the weekend you guys rock thanks again Robert for helping me out.

Between myself and my friends, we own 8 different dealerships in the area. Always shopped at this O Rielly and got great service ususally but Jesus (Manager) and Gerrardo were the real gems at this place! Their knowledge about parts and their passion to help their customers impressed us enough to where we literally stopped shopping at the Autozone next door! All of that change after my last visit. Found out that the company fired both of these guys for helping a helpless woman who was being attacked by a guy with a knife right outside the store! Are you kidding me? I wouldve given them a raise instead for helping a helpless woman! We have since stopped shopping at this store and taken our business else where!. Cant support a company that punishes its employees for doing the right thing!
