I had such a great experience at Batteries Plus in Chandler. Austin was incredibly kind and helpful on the phone, which made me feel confident coming in. When I got to the store, Richie helped me create a special battery for my alarm system and made the whole process easy. He went above and beyond and Im so grateful for his help and kindness. I came back later to pick up the battery and Brandon was friendly and professional at checkout. The customer service from start to finish was excellent. Highly recommend!

This is my go to store for when my cell phone starts being difficult to charge. Prior to coming here another place that said my port was bad and replaced for $50. I brought it in here twice and they cleaned the lint out for no charge! Perfect in less than 10 min! Friendly, great service every time!
