Our experience was mixed and somewhat disappointing. The labor rate is high (around $200 per hour), and the work took much longer than expected. A repair that should have taken a couple of hours ended up taking most of the day. We initially came in with a fuel injector–related issue, but we were advised to replace the aftertreatment system with an estimated cost of about $11,000, even though no fault codes were showing problems in that system. We spent about 5 days at the shop before eventually calling road service, which identified the actual issue as a fuel filter housing assembly. After we brought the part, the installation still took 8.5 hours. We also requested diagnostic reports, but were told they were relying on diagnostics from another shop, despite charging us for their own diagnostics earlier. Overall, the staff was professional, but the process felt slow, expensive, and lacking transparency. I would recommend getting a second opinion before approving major repairs.

The guys at flag truck center are great this place does not disappoint, very professional and approachable. They have a great little driver lounge and are in a great location within walking to distance to the mall and a number of food locations. They got our truck in right away diagnosised, fixed and out the door in a short time. I would definitely recommend using these great people if your having issues in the area they don't disappoint .
