Bought a headlight bulb at O’Reilly Renton for $40 after a sales associate took my car details and phone number and told me I didn’t need a receipt — they’d look up my number for a refund or replacement if the part didn’t fit. The bulb didn’t fit, so I returned within 15 minutes. The man at the counter was extremely rude, demanded a receipt, and after I asked him to look up my number he reluctantly did and then said he couldn’t find any record. My $40 was wasted. Either sloppy recordkeeping or something worse — be careful.

Recently had issue getting a part shipped to O'Reilly that caused a headache but luckily Tracy was there made the process much better. She was super helpful and I could tell she enjoys helping people and making things right

Zachary at O'Reilly store located on 17620 108th Ave SE ,Renton WA, was really irrespectuful, intimidating and really bad behavior while I was purchasing parts After I receive the parts I see open box and tape on, so I open and I see power steering unit was use before and returned to store, I ask him to exchange or if he can order another one for next day so I can pick up he start to tell bad words in his side but obviously I hear that and I told him to be respectful ( he was acting rude all the entire time when take my order, also he drop the box really hard on the counter so is an aggressive feeling) After I told that to him he saw me mad face and stop working and telling me that take my parts he not going to do anything for me I reply to him his bad attitude with education and respectfully and nice way speaking and request somebody else can take care of me, but he told really loud that nobody is gonna help me and that I take parts that I purscahe and leave HIS STORE with bad words There is too much to tell about but for Google policy I'm fine Thats no fair and no right.
