Needed an off road Tow for my son’s Truck and Tim’s Towing answered the call and got the tow job done! Needed someone local in San Tan Valley due to me paying since AAA Left Me Hanging the Night Before! Tim got the driver Seth out early and had my truck home by 10am! I have used a few Tow Companies but Tims Communication, Texts Back, Response and Fair Price were Spot On! I recommend Tim’s Towing!

I recently had Tims towing company recover my truck from my ex wife’s residence. Due to a restraining order, I couldn’t be present, and my ex has a history of false reporting, so I was understandably cautious. I’m willing to bet she will be leaving her own review for this company, but it will undoubtedly be negative, so please disregard it if you see it especially if the first name starts with a K. The driver handled everything professionally the police showed up right away, but the tow operator stayed calm, followed the law, and got the job done quickly and safely. They weren’t able to remove the car seat at the scene, but once the truck was delivered, they let me take it out and even offered to return it to my ex for me. That kind of extra effort and integrity is rare. These guys don’t mess around, they’re fast, respectful, and professional from start to finish. I’ll absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable tow.

I rented a Budget Truck to go from Mesa to El Paso TX. By the time I got to Tempe I knew this truck was not safe. Budget sent Kelly from Tim's Towing to diagnose the problem. Kelly is absolutely great...listened to my complaints, factored in that i needed the truck to make this journey and took the assignment to make sure they could repair the truck so I could get back on the road timely. It seemed like an overwhelming task but this team REALLY took care of me and I am so grateful. 10 Stars.
