I have been going here regularly lately due to distance being close to my apartment. Though lately the customer service has taken a dive. They started accusing me of stealing because my wire fell over and I simply picked it up. I have tried to talk to the manager about this stuff and initially he apologized, but after again having an issue with his staff he tried to talk down to me like I was a child and make me out to be the bad guy. This place routinely rips off the customer saying stuff like aluminum is actually stainless steel. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Peace out.

I delivered a load of brand new corrugated roofing material to this place, and that's where the nightmare started. They had me weigh the load which did not need to be weighed due to it being a flat rate load. So I reluctantly got on the scales and they told me I could "back off" the scales, and then there's signs saying do not back up! Also there were customers behind me and so I had to go straight and try turning around in the yard which is covered in sharp objects. Well, 550.00 dollars later for a new tire I'm gonna be late for my drop which was across the street, and if someone had their stuff together I wouldn't have had any problems. Also the manager is a smart alek and thinks he just so above everyone else, or at least he thinks he's above me. DO NOT BRING A 53' FLATBED HERE. EVERYONE ELSE IS HAULING WITH 40'TO48'.
