Brandon from Oakley’s was a Godsend! During a cross country trip my car started acting weird; symptoms allover the place. At first he couldn't find anything wrong, as the car had not thrown any codes yet. But he listened to me and believed me when i said it was off. He was able to figure out my engine mount was beginning to fail. If I had continued on, the mount would have gotten worse and worse and I do believe there would have been catastrophic consequences further down the road (and in the middle of nowhere) if he hadn’t been keen enough to figure out the problem. He is an excellent mechanic and Oakley’s charged me a very fair price to fix the problem. He had the new mount installed in less than 24 hours and I was able to continue onward. I will forever be grateful for his kindness and for the universe for having me stop in benson other than anywhere else. It can be scary trying to figure out who is trustworthy when it comes to garages but I can confidently say that if you have a problem with your car and are in Benson this is the place to go. Thank you Brandon! We have traveled another 500 miles and the Jeep is running better than it has in a long time!

We’ve used this shop for a few major jobs for our 2 older vehicles, 2001 Dodge Ram Diesel and a 2009 Ford Flex. An appointment is always needed as the shop is small and they are always busy. They do good concientious work, advise of diagnosis and charges along the way. A oversight mistake was made on our Dodge pickup, which subsequently damaged another major part that had been fine before. They were quick to tow the truck back in and took care of the additional repair and new parts with no charge. I trust this shop in a world we are finding trust to be a real issue. Kirk, Charlie and Brandon are pleasant, helpful and honest. No hesitation to recommend this shop.

Just wanna take a minute and say how awesome these guys are! They really Went out of their way to help us out!! We were broke down stranded in the side of I 10 when we called Oakley’s Garage for a tow. Unfortunately, our car blew a head gasket. They told us that it would definitely take some time to get repaired so we went back home. They called us the next week with an estimate for the repairs. Prices were great, so we decided to proceed with the repairs. The following week they called us, letting us know. The car was all ready for pick up and was actually Came out under the quoted price! This place is honest, and the people that work there are great!! Would recommend it to everyone!!
