So I'm from out of town and working close by in Chinle and decided to check out the flea market. Well, I found out that this girl does not know how to drive in the mud and got stuck. I called my insurance company and was told that B&C would come to get me out of the mud. I didn't get their names but the two men who helped me got their quick and were so friendly and helped me out of my situation! I was so thankful for them and would honestly use them again if I'm ever in a situation like that! Thanks B&C!!

What an amazing group of mechanics. This shop was my savior during a very stressful situation. I’m on my way to North Dakota and my tire literally flew off my truck. They came an towed me to the shop and then one gentlemen took me to a hotel for the night. The next day the team gathered me a new rotor, hub, put my full size spare on. We all laughed and joked and just felt so friendly and helpful. We’re all best friends now. They took the time to do the job correctly and made sure I was on my way. I’m so grateful to this shop and will forever remember the kindness and integrity of this group of mechanics. If you’re stuck on the road these are the type of mechanics you want picking you up. Make sure you’re friendly too then they work really hard.

Absolutely the BEST team! My family (including 5 kids)and I were stranded in the middle of nowhere, when it was over 100°, no thanks to our rental car company. Dwayne went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Our rental company cancelled our tow truck twice before Dwayne got ahold of our situation and he fought for us. He kept us in the loop every step of the way. He made sure we knew he and his team were going to make sure we were going to get home! We were stranded for 42 hours on a holiday. I truly believe we would have been there for several more days had it not been for the BC Garage team. They drove all the way to Albuquerque to pick up our replacement vehicle so we could get home. I wish we had been able to meet Dwayne so I could have hugged him. I can not stress enough how amazing he and the team was.
