My companybtruck from Flagstaff broke down in Cirdes Junction, and got towed here. I'm sure most people would prefer to not use an unfamiliar mechanic. Have no fear! Folks in Camp Verde / Cottonwood are lucky to have such a great repair shop. They got on to my vehicle sooner than planned and had it back on the road within 24 hours. Fro t staff were very communicative and upfront regarding the repair issues. I was really impressed with this repair experience.

Finally, an RV mechanic I can trust! Access is a breeze as well. Fair pricing, but most of all is peace of mind. Dave gave me a creeper to go under my RV with him so he could show me how he was diagnosing the issue. As a single woman, this really upped my confidence and trust in the HEFR team.
