Thanks to Snap Towing for a great experience today!! Memorial day weekend and off to the trails in Four Peaks and seems the jeep just did not want to play fair today. We had bad cell phone coverage and only text through cell phone would work along with email, we did complete transaction this way, they communicated with me through every step by text. They were concerned mostly with my well being in the heat and stranded. Mike the tow truck driver was completely professional. Most definitely will use again in the future!! Great work Snap Towing !!!!!

I was highly disappointed by this company. I called because I needed my vehicle towed. They told me what information they needed and that once I sent it they will send a truck. I sent them the information requested. They didn’t confirm they received it. after 30 minutes I called to see if someone was on the way. They said they are on another call and they will call me when they have a truck available. It’s been 22 hours and I still haven’t heard from them. I ended up calling another company. They could have just told me no one was available instead of wasting my time.

Called them at 7pm to get my car towed. dude told me he can come the next day. he also sounded like I was bothering him just by calling him and as soon as I said I couldn't wait till tomorrow he just hung up DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
