Vince from Evan’s Towing and Recovery was an absolute superstar. From the moment he arrived, he provided exceptional service and treated my vehicle with the utmost care and professionalism. Dealing with a vehicle that wouldn’t start is never ideal, but Vince turned an uncertain and frustrating situation into a genuinely positive experience. He was calm, helpful, and clearly takes pride in his work. His attitude and attention to detail made a stressful day much easier, and he truly stood out as a bright spot in what could have been a rough experience. While I wish I hadn’t needed a tow at all, I’m genuinely glad I had the chance to work with Vince. I was also pleased to learn that you can specifically request Evan’s Towing when using AAA. I will absolutely be requesting Vince and Evan’s Towing again the next time I need a tow. Highly recommend.
