Having dealt with my insurance company on a previous need for a local tow (and they sent a towing company out of Tucson, 80 miles away), I wanted to deal with a local company. One company I called never returned my call. But Southwest Towing was great! Michelle patiently listened to my concerns and made arrangements for the tow. Mark, the towing specialist, was super nice and knowledgeable. In short, the tow went off without a hitch! (Pun intended!) Thank you, Michelle and Mark!!

My car stalled on I-10 near Benson on the way to the Tucson airport for a flight the next day. We called AAA and in a few minutes Mark called to ask about our location and informed us that he was on his way. He got there soon (about 45 minutes) and was courteous and helpful. He got us and my car to our hotel in Tucson and we made our flight. Thank you so much Mark and Southwest towing for your professional and quick service!
