I paid 91.70 for this so called genuine waterpump,the leak got worse then whats in the photo,in a month this happened,they did not give refund,they are selling fake motorcraft parts,do not believe the good reviews and do not buy anything from this crooked place,i had to go back to autozone,their parts are also heavier because they are selling better parts,the fake part came in a nice box and the part had ford on it but if you do your studying even fake ford parts are being sold,it not just spark plugs anymore,trust me,that picture is a part from this store that was on my car for around 30 days and starts to leak after taking it out of town,also when i called i would get hung up on,so crooked now

Very dissatisfied. I ordered a replacement mirror for a 2023 Ford Mustang. I was asked for the VIN to ensure the correct part. The mirror that arrived was too big. I attempted to request a return and was told they could not accept because it was not in the original box. Now the box it shipped in was a generic box. Bad customer service. What should the box matter if the product is in the same condition it was received and I have proof of purchase. The box is irrelevant. I feel ripped off. All I wanted was the correct mirror. The mistake I made was assuming the company sent me the correct part and I threw the box away. To find out it was the wrong size for my car.
