Had car troubles two hours away from home and was lucky enough to get connected with Shawn, he went above and beyond to help me in a very stressful situation. The head honcho at R&R Towing and Transport LLC Shawn is a God send. I had driven David From Tempe, Arizona all the way to Mayer, Arizona, for a reservation request to take him to the high school or school in Mayer, for a marathon. It was about 80 miles, and I had about 150, and I thought I had calculated the miles correctly. But I was completely wrong because when I had gotten David to the school, safe and sound with respect which was my main priority, I saw that I only had 1 mile left. I drive a 2024 Kia Nero fully electric vehicle. So luckily, there was a Tesla supercharger station nearby within 2 miles. Everything else is about 20 miles plus. So I thought I could just use my adapter that comes with the car. Or I could just use the Pilot charging station that it shows on the maps, but that charging station is actually not even there at Pilot, frustratingly. So when I arrive to the Pilot station at the Tesla supercharge section, I open up my hood and the compartment where it should have the adapter is gone…. I guess I have to blame the Hertz Rental location from where I got this car, as they did not make sure to have that in there and I guess also me for not checking beforehand, but still, you know? cmon. And because I didn’t have any more free tows with my Uber DIamond status and Hertz emergency roadside assistance, was not allowing me to request a tow based off of the coverage I have with them because apparently my car is in a repo status, even though it shouldn’t be in a repo status because of their own billing errors, I knew that I’m was going to have to pay out-of-pocket for a towing service and disappointingly also knowing that all that driving and earning I had done for the previous 5 to 6 hours was going to be pretty much for nothing, I felt demoralized. So I contacted Shawn, and he was super awesome, super friendly, and he understood my situation. He heard me, and he cared for me. He got me to the nearest charging station in Anthem Arizona, and was able to do so with a certain type of tow truck, that worked, didn’t need a flatbed, which he does have and reassured me that everything was good. With that I felt I could trust him because of the confidence that I could feel. We had a great talk on the way to Anthem, Arizona and when it was all said and done, he only charged me $50, while, other towing services would’ve charged me 300% more or 400% more, or I don’t know and I don’t want to know Anyways to me that shows empathy, that also shows me that he is a real human being that actually cares for people when unexpected situations happen…. because in life, even though you’re doing good and doing you’re best and working crazy hard… unexpected things can happen and it can be painful, good people like Shawn, Is someone you can trust and rely on to be there for you when it comes your towing needs right away when unexpected and painful occurrences hit and feel that you’re going to be stranded I 100% only recommend Shawn for his professional and expertise towing services as well as his undeniably excellent customer service. Don’t go to anyone else for anything towing related, or towing request, unless you don’t want genuine and true business and service Appreciate you, Shawn!

A prompt response and amazing service. Team is professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. My son and I got a flat tire heading south on I-17 to Phoenix, right after Sunset Point. We had to pull over in a dangerous spot, not conducive to changing a tire. We were there for barely 20 minutes before help arrived, and my son and I were immediately able to calm down. Thank you for all your help today!
