My car was totaled on 5/23. The All City driver who picked it up provided me information on where it would be towed. The next morning Ron Woods outlined the process from there, and provided options on collision centers - I chose Mesa Ford based on his recommendations. He also provided insight on how the process would unfold going forward. His professional and attention to customer service is second to none. I highly recommend All City Towing for your towing needs. Update: I received a text promising a $25 digital Amazon card which would have been a bonus since I was reviewing them anyway. My experience at the time was stellar. My car got totaled by drunk driver and it ended up being brought over to this place while I delt with the personal side of the accident. The receptionist Ciera (I think her name was) was so kind to me and took the time to walk me though the whole process of not only getting my stuff back but what I was supposed to do after the accident on my own. Nothing has ever happened like this to me or my family before. She explained the process, let me ask like a million questions, and very kind. It was a little ray of light on a really really difficult situation and I gen. appreciate her taking the time to make us feel safe and confident again.
