I brought my vehicle to J & S Automotive expecting honest service, but I was shocked to find an unexpected charge of $1,350 added to my bill without clear explanation or approval. I was not informed ahead of time about these extra costs, and when I asked for a breakdown, I got vague answers. This experience has left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. I expect transparency and respect when dealing with any service provider—especially when it comes to large expenses. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this shop based on my experience. Be cautious and make sure you get everything in writing before agreeing to any work here

I came here three times to see if they could fix my charcoal canister. No one at the front desk so I stood around and waited for awhile, in the mean time the workers looked and saw me but no one acknowledged my presence each time. Guess they don't need any more business. Making too much money.

Repairs were made and came in under estimate and always on time. Took care of my Porsche and BMW exactly as promised. I'm very satisfied. Sal is very honest and helpful.
