When I first came into this location the employees were arguing about a purchase very loudly. I came to this auto zone with a dead battery and the kid that was helping me told me they couldn’t do exchanges on batteries at the time, so I said can I buy a new one and you install the battery. He said “no my manager won’t let me”. His manager clearly said that he could change the battery in front of my face. Then he proceeded to deny helping me buy the battery then said he couldn’t install the battery still. I then let the manager know how they could put me in a horrible situation by not helping out. The manager then said “sorry he won’t do it”. What is the purpose of offering a service, then employees not being able to do said service? When they are being paid to do so and the store is making money on my purchase.

I don’t know much about car parts or what’s best for the car, so i always ask for help. The staff is amazing, but a special shout out to Brittany R for the amazing customer service. Not only was she knowledgeable about the products in her store she also made sure we were signed up for the reward program and emailed our receipts to us. She ensured our experience in store was top notch!

I had such a great experience at this AutoZone thanks to Manager Juan. His customer service was truly exceptional, warm, professional, and attentive from the moment I walked in. He’s extremely knowledgeable in his trade, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about helping customers find the right solution rather than just making a sale. Juan took the time to answer all my questions, explain product options thoroughly, and made sure I left confident in what I purchased. It’s rare to find that level of expertise and genuine customer care these days. Highly recommend this location and a big thank you to Juan for going above and beyond!
