Van wouldn't start while shopping able to have jumped and drove to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Worked with service Tech named Jacob. Super nice and helped with everything that I explained was going on. He performed the alternator test and battery test. Found the issue was my battery. Helped me with the best price and options I could do and then also help with the installation and removal. Truly appreciate the help and customer service provided today and for Jacob's help from start to finish to help me get back on the road! I give Jacob a 5☆ for his service!

Fredda behind the counter has been absolutely amazing. She's extremely smart and was able to fill out my warranty claim and get me a better battery for my truck and the right idle control valve. Great store prices are quite high but if you need the part it's cheaper than some of the competition. It's hard to find because of it's placement between Arron's and another store I forgot about. The store has a great assortment of parts as well as fast ordering speeds.
