It’s unfortunate I have to write this review but this has happened twice now with two separate vehicles. I always go here for my oil changes and it’s great, they’re awesome nice people. but twice now I’ve been scammed in to thinking I needed new brakes which I got a second opinion about and both my cars brakes ended up being over 50% when Jack furrier tells me my brakes are dire and at 20%! It’s absurd. Always get a second opinion.

Had made an appointment 4 days ago to have my car looked at as to why my check engine light came on. I was descriptive & took the time to fill out all the fields necessary to help you guys help me. I arrive & the guy at front desk says, "we don't do appointments here". As I then try to explain what is going on, since apparently they don't appear to help rectify the situation. They then say they won't have a mechanic in to look at my car until Tuesday or Wednesday. I made an appointment & took the time to get my car here, & now have to guess on when to bring my car back to then hope that there will be a qualified person to look at my car. How ridiculous does this sound . I was never reached out to ahead of my appointment time & now having my issue prolonged further due to an inneffeicient & lousy establishment.
