This tow company (Castillo's Southwest towing) towed my son's vehicle from the far north end of Yuma Mall by Hobby Lobby, and refused to allow my son to get his Mental Health Medication, which caused him to be hospitalized for trying to commit suicide. I called and worked with this Juan guy, made arrangements, then canceled on them. Now as a result of this towing, and my son's Mental Health Hospitalization, we will be filling a Law Suit against him. We are from out of town (Phoenix) and my son was waiting for me to return to pick him up, when I did, I took video of the far north mall and did not see ant signs indicating he could not park over night. I also went to the Security office and spoke with manager and (OMG) guess what, he could not find a copy of the supposed ticket they put on my son's car. Wrongful tow. I have counseld with my Attorneys with Davis Miles & McGuire. WORST TOWING in Yuma and so are Juan Castillo and his wife for allowing this to happen.
