Went to visit my friend in Key West yesterday and her car tire exploded on our way to a local supermarket. Anchor Towing were the only help available to us since everything was closed by evening on the weekends. They were so much help, from the lady at the desk who answered my call to the guy who helped us back to the lodging. They were very kind and understanding, Key West truly has good people around.

$130 jumpstart is ridiculous ? As a tow operator for decades, this is robbery without a mask for a handheld jump box walk up at a residence. The only way that kind of price could be justified is if the vehicle was in a parking garage, or it had to be pulled/pushed/rolled to get access for a jumper cable type jumpstart from a wrecker. This must be the Key West tourist ripoff factor that everyone warns you about. Pitiful ?♂️

My tire went flat right after I left Key West heading home to Big Pine. I was still in Stock Island when I heard the noise. I contacted my Kia road side assistance, and they secured Anchor Towing as my service provider. It was literally in 20 minutes or less when Albert arrived. He switched the shredded rear tire to the front so he could tow the car to Kia of Key West he was quick and extremely professional. Albert made a bad situation go as smoothly as possible.
