I stopped into the store today needing help with my license plate lights, as both globes had blown. I’d been trying to figure out how to unplug the tail light myself, but wasn’t having any luck. The lovely guy behind the counter mentioned they don’t normally do globe replacements, but kindly offered to have a quick look for me anyway. Within less than 10 minutes he had unplugged the lights, replaced both globes, and had everything working perfectly. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Such friendly and genuine service — I really appreciated him taking the time to help me out. 10/10 Highly recommend!

my serpentine belt was shredding so i limped into their parking lot to get a new one. Jason was so helpful and not only did he find the belt I needed but he loaned me the 2 tools i needed to install it so i could get home safely. He saw that i was having a bad end to my day and he even gave me a drink as I was leaving. This store will definitely be getting all my automotive parts business from now on! Thanks a million for making a bad day so much better.

I came here to say that they helped me no questions asked did not make me feel stupid in anyway. I came in because I was having trouble finding the right fuse for my horn. I had bought a couple different types of fuses at advance auto parts in the past Although they didn’t even ask where I bought them from they just immediately helped me put the right fuse in at no cost and wish me a good day. That treatment has created a loyal customer! Well done.
