Really disappointed. I have gone here for years for various issues with many vehicles and always had a good experience. I called yesterday morning when they opened, and was told not to expect to get in if I didn’t have an appointment that day. That was fine, I mean I can’t have an appointment for a car that broke down on Sunday. I told him I needed a tow because the car wouldn’t start, and he said maybe that afternoon but more likely the next day. I left my name and number with him. I’m not sure who I spoke with. I called back at midday the next day because I hadn’t heard back. This time I spoke with Ben. I was very rudely told then if I could find my own tow truck, I could bring it in and they would look at it sometime but not today because it’s already midday. Well, the only reason I’m letting you know at midday is because I never received a callback. I’m not as upset by the fact that they couldn’t get me right in as the fact that they were very rude when I spoke with them after giving them half of the day they requested to get me in. I don’t have high standards and expectations that people are exceedingly polite with me. But either a call back or to at least be treated somewhat nicely after I didn’t get a call back would’ve been great. Guess I’ll find a new mechanic in the area.

If you are in Destin on vacation and have car problems, do not worry about finding a reputable repair shop… This shop is super professional and did a great job for more than a fair price. My front breaks started giving problems about 200 miles into our 1300 mile journey to this heaven on earth (Destin). I hate going to repair shops in general, I get anxiety about getting ripped off even in my hometown. After reading reviews I decided to send my vehicle here and I’m glad I did. Not only was it good work at a fair price it was the cleanest repair shop I have ever been to. I wish they would open up a shop in NY
