Was buying a car for my son and wanted it checked out by a Mechanic.I called east side auto works and asked if they could take a look at the car .I was able to bring it in the next day .they told me they were gonna do a inspection on the vehicle. Told me the cost of the inspection up front ( not too expensive) .then gave me a list of everything that needed to be fixed and the cost .the one issue I had was to replace a bumper to pass inspection in Massachusetts. East side auto works found me a used perfect condition bumper for a additional price to put on the car .I was impressed and loved how it looked .I wish I had before and after pictures cause it really looked good ..This car was for my son and I wanted him to drive a safe and reliable vehicle. Eastside auto was fantastic from beginning to end with the repairs that were safely issue's. ( with the inspection report I was able to drop the price of the car from where I was buying it from ) thank you Eastside auto for a great experience..I highly recommend them for any car trouble Ps Eastside auto was extremely local for us which was a bonus as we are walking distance from the building.

East side Auto was wonderful! My daughter completely broke down while at school- car wouldn’t even start (not battery!) - I live hours away. dealing with Ethan and Will made the process so much easier! They were helpful, knowledgeable and understanding! They spent time to diagnosis the issue found it - gave me an estimate “ of course that was “as long as nothing else is wrong once we get there” . They got it fixed in 3 days after the part came in and they called. Of course I expected “more issues” there always are! Nope! In fact it costs way less! Because when he got there it wasn’t the sensor in the transmission that was bad it was actually just the bracket holding the sensor!!!! The garage could have totally still charged the higher price - I would have no clue - it’s not somewhere anyone can “see” the changed part. So the fact they were so honest and it was our first visit amazes me! THANK you! I know know where she’ll take it whenever she needs work done in the future!

Wonderful experience overall. Brought in my V60 T8 Polestar, which is not something most shops know about, or know how to work on, but William and the crew didnt bat an eye and were able to help out and answer all my questions. Something tells me this shop could start a rock if you asked nice.
