I had a check engine light and was due for spark plugs. I have been here a few times, and Patty and her people are knowledgeable, reasonable, and friendly. They don't try to sell me things I don't need. I appreciate dealing with a small local business. Good people.

The lady who answered the phone, I believe her name is Patti, was very rude and tried to charge me over $240 to replace my fog light bulbs, claiming the bumper needed to be removed. That’s not true — you only need to remove the splash shield underneath. When I mentioned that, she told me to go to Felix Auto Body instead. Very disappointing and unprofessional. It really felt like she underestimated me because I’m a woman. Update: I ended up going to a different shop (not Felix Auto Body), and they replaced my fog light bulbs for only $50. The job was done quickly with no issues. This just proves that the $240 quote I received was completely unnecessary and misleading.
