We have been taking all three of our family vehicles to Hawley‘s for over a year now for service and repairs. They are professional, kind, courteous, and go out of their way to ensure our cars are safe. They really do go above and beyond to accommodate your schedule and have taken care of so many different things for us. when we got our daughter her first car they went over it for us to make sure it was safe. We Trust the service And the prices are always reasonable. After a recent accident, we of course had my car towed to Hawley’s autobody. When it was declared totaled, and I had to go to bring in the keys, never having been to the Auto body part of the business I was so upset, and Sarah just jumped up, hugged me, consoling me, and then proceeded to help me by explaining the entire process of what was to happen next with the insurance company. She actually took the time to go online and find comparable cars for the value of my totaled vehicle. taking time out of her busy day to help a perfect stranger. It is this kind of kindness and exceptional customer service which makes us loyal customers. Thank you again, Sarah you are an angel!!!! Christine

Brought my vehicle there for repair. I picked up my vehicle and paid in full and still had the same problem. I dropped the vehicle back off three more times and the vehicle still had the same problem over the course of five weeks. I couldn't have my car gone again for an extended period of time like it just was for the last 5 weeks so I decided to not bring my car back after the holidays to see if Hawleys could try again at fixing vehicle. So I asked for a small partial refund considering what I paid for was not fixed. Ultimatly was denied any bit of refund by the owner because of time spent. I understand paying for diagnosis fees but the amount of money I paid for a diagnosis without a positive result feels like I was taking advantage of and my money was taken from me. I had expressed this over a phone call and haven't heard back from anyone since. My car is still not fixed. I Will Never go back.

This place is amazing! It's family run and they don't overcharge. I always feel like a priority when I drop off mine or my wife's car.
