Went back for more! Got the hood of our Tacoma done. Great services, done in three days. They also polished the headlights and installed a new fuel door which has broken. Had a great experiment with our rusty truck’s roof. They were the only shop interested and quoted and complete work in less than two weeks. Really happy with results!

I brought my vehicle in for an estimate for a repair. I met with Mike, who is responsible for all of the estimates. He viewed my vehicle, said it would be between $1800-$2000 for the repair depending on the current cost of materials. He said he would send me the written estimate and I thought it was a fair estimate/price and scheduled the repair pending the written estimate. Two weeks later, I received the estimate and he had increased the price to ALMOST $3200. Nothing had changed with my vehicle. I called and spoke with Mike and he acknowledged the verbal estimate and he said, “I should really stop giving verbal estimates.” He then “adjusted” some things and lowered the estimate to $2600. After a contentious conversation, I told him to send me the written estimate and he agreed. About two hours later he sent me an email telling me that they are not willing to work on my vehicle and that my appointment was cancelled. Totally unprofessional and blatantly lied, blaming me for “relying on a verbal estimate in a parking lot.” He also told me if I didn’t like it, get a lawyer.
