2/8/26. Tonight at approximately 6:20 p.m., when the temperature was 12°, my car battery just went. I barely made it into the AutoZone parking lot. The store manager, Victor, even though it was freezing cold outside, came out and changed my battery. No one else would have done this. I appreciate his kindness and willingness to help someone he did not even know. At that point, his service went beyond the normal customer service. He deserves an applause. Thank you so much for all your help Victor. Your superiors should be grateful to have somebody like you running their stores. God bless Aysia W-

I went there the other day to get a new battery and have it changed. Even though it was a but busy in the shop and cold outside, Yandel (employee of the day) was more than helpful and decided to come out to change my battery. He had a great attitude and was kind the entire time even though he couldve said it was too busy. Great representation of the company. Give that man a tip if you run into him!

I just called this location to get information on drums and rotors for my vehicle. The young lady who answered the phone seemed like she was very agitated and was very nasty to me on the phone. What she fails to realize I can take my business elsewhere and I will happily do so. So whatever commission she was hoping to get, she will not get it! I will not spend my money there! She needs to be retrained on her customer service skills!!
