Last night my check engine light came on, I was very surprised. I have a BMW x5 that a little over a year ago needed a whole new engine. BMW said it would be a week before I could bring it to the shop for diagnostic/service. I didn’t want to take the risk of driving around, I called Firestone. Kevin told me I could bring it in to have the codes ran. It’s a good thing he, Leo and Alex were there to help - the car is once again toast and should not be driven. These are the kind of people the world needs more of - so helpful, kind and professional. I highly recommend and am so grateful for them.

Early this morning on the way to work my TPMS light came on and with no notice the shop was able to get me back on the road very quick! Kevin and the crew are some of the most helpful and knowledgeable staff I've ever had the pleasure of working with. My technician Alex has been working on my car for a long time and he is the only one I trust with my car. Coming to this shop means coming somewhere trustworthy and reliable!

We Love this particular Firestone. Clinton and Kevin are amazing. They are trustworthy and helpful in understanding what exactly has to be done. Their prices are fair and if they have a coupon for what we need done they automatically apply it. We live in North Seattle and drive all the way there to service our automobiles! That’s how much we trust them and appreciate them.
