I took a milk crate of stainless steel and yellow brass. I set it on the ground and I was going to put it on the scale separating each. The guy picked it up and threw rhw crare on the scale. I thought he was going to take out rhe brass and weigh the stainless. Nope he just took it off the scale and threw it on the ground near by. I asked him why he did that. He said it's not his job to separate the metals. I said I was going to do it I just didn't want to put anything on the scale until he was ready. He said well you separate it then with an attitude. I spoke with the manager and he said we are to busy to separate out metal's. I said I was going to do it myself. It would have literally taken 39 seconds. He said well maybe next time you will separate it before you get here. I said I will never come back here again. I get it they are busy but there is a huge difference between yellow brass cost and stainless cost. I would recommend to go somewhere else to drop off your scrap.

Worst place to take any scrap vehicles you have. I bought a car from copart auction and they wouldn't accept the title because it was already in my name. They wanted it left in Coparts name which is not how auctions work. Everytime I come here they gave some new bullshit made up rule. Go to Desert Metal Recycling on 36th street and save your time.

Close at 1:00pm on Saturday more like 12:45 because when I showed up at 12:45 they were already closed.
