From the moment I walked in to the establishment. I was greeted, with a smile. The guy at the counter was very informative and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things in detail. I even got a ride home while they inspected my vehicle. My family and I have been going to Ernie's since their first location. I gave them five stars.

Wow!! Very fast service!! Carl’s customer Service was Excellent!! Very courteous and professional! We were seen within 1 min. Of arriving!! Will definitely be coming here from now on! But they ALL WORK AS A TEAM!! And very fast and diligent!! THEY DESERVE A RAISE!!!

I called the shop and spoke with Seth and they were able to get me in the next day for a diagnosis. After finding out what the problem was, they gave me a price quote and had my car done the next day. The communication and also the friendliness of the staff were very professional. My diagnosis sheet also included pictures, which was very helpful for me. I would highly recommend the shop and this will be now my go to shop for automotive services/issues. ??
