The customer service here is awesome! I had to exchange a headlight that was defective and they were so helpful in getting me taken care of. Mickey is awesome to help me get the parts that I need for my car. He does an amazing job when asked for parts to be ordered cause he doesn't have it there at the store, I ask for a phone call when they come in and he does it. But when he's not working and Julie is and my parts do come in and there a message stating about parts to call me she doesn't do it. Julie gives parts to my brother but don't bother of looking at the receipts posted on the clipboard that has hand written consent on it. When asked about calling she is very rude, inconsiderate and not very compassionate towards customers. When she was answering phone calls and talking to me very very rude and said she didn't see the not cause she wasn't going to the clipboard to look for messages or note , and she says rudely she was sorry. Julie don't care on how she treats customers with disrespect. I personally asked why didn't I get a call on my parts and she ignored me when I asked and I asked again she finally answered and very rude. In my perspective I will deal with Mickey over her any day of the week. I recently called in to talk to Mickey and Julie said he wasn't in and that she was the only one in store. She didn't know what i was talking about on parts I needed again. I know that there is more than 1 person in store at this time of morning. She needs to get over whatever it and do a betterment job with customer service then what she's doing otherwise Oriellys is going to lose customers real fast.
