Always professional and thorough. Does outstanding work and keeps my KW in top working order. Makes honest recommendations re: future items that will need repair and what to watch for before these items become a serious problem. He gives you an estimate of how much the repairs will cost and breaks it down into parts and labor. His invoices do the same. I keep them as records, which is helpful to me. He also writes the recommendations for future repairs on the invoice. I highly recommend Brad and his team and services. Definitely is my forever mechanic, as he is honest, trustworthy, tenacious, dedicated, and very thorough.
