Lets start off with the receptionist being really rude!!. I was never informed about pricing or anything on initial call I had to ask driver when he arrived. He told me $250 a hour this tow took them 4hours which is quite ridiculous . Save your self some money and go else where these guys are very over priced and not professional.

Driver showed up as promised and hook-up was fast. I made the driver aware the reason for the tow was the oil pressure light came. He went ahead and started the car anyway. Driver wanted to make an impression of my card because he said it might be over the 1-hour minimum. He estimated 1.25 hours from Twin Lakes to Honda Fife. Pulled up Google Maps and it says 20 mins. Very scummy. Avoid!!!!

We have been in contact through phone and my husband's email. Constantly told we will get a quote the next day, no one has called or emailed a quote back it's been well over a week. We have to have the bus moved no later then this Wednesday morning. Even a no we can't do it would be much better then being constantly told the next day.
