Bmw 650i needed towed 20 miles, they showed up with a correct flatbed (only way to tow a 650i) driver was professional, quick, while also being careful. Showed up 30 mins late but morning rush hour traffic can be unpredictable. Thank you for getting my car to where it needed to go safely and with pics of when & where it was delivered to for service.

I get my car was towed but coming to get it out shouldnt be such a awful experience. Tye lady at the front desk was extremely rude and honestly just seemed completely miserable. There is no reason to be as rude as she was for no reason. No need to be as rude as she was to someone who is just coming to get their car. I would have written a good review but yall need someone different at th3 front desk who is actually going to treat people with respect

Hello!!! Thank you MV Towing for letting me get my Mother's vehicle on a Saturday evening!!!!!! Right when I called, they told me that my Mother's car was there, and Kevin who took care of business letting me know the process to retrieve my Mother's vehicle. To be honest, Kevin could've told me to wait until Monday because all administrative offices were closed, and I would have paid beyond more and I probably would've fainted too, but Kevin and his supervisor all made it possible and even came out on closed hours, yes it's the weekend, ain't nobody trying to work of course , but their big hearts helped my mother and I. Thank you so much, for also just being respectful, in my past I've had rough experiences with towing companies, and I mean rough service, like they don't care about you and here at MV towing I was respected at all times with my questions and it was a smooth process for me as a customer. Best customer service and I hope this review helps anyone in the Federal Way area that needs a lift or a towing service from MV. Gracias!!!!!
